Mark your calendars! August 26th of 2023 is the date for Fall Into the New. Our New River Annual Cleanup where we grab our boats, paddles, pfd and garbage bags and hit the water. Each year the river gets cleaner because of folks like you. This year we are partnering with West Virginia! Tell your friends and neighbors.

Stop the use of single use plastics and polystyrene. We are polluting our rivers, roads and oceans with these. There are more responsible alternatives. Try to buy items that are made from recycled materials or are biodegradable. Better yet, buy reusable items instead.

Grab an orange trash bag from any boat landing along the New River in the NRV and load it up with trash as you float. When you take out, leave your bags at the boat landing.
Take a quick selfie with your haul, and post it to social media using hash tag #TrashTagNRV.
Then stop by one of our participating outfitters or retailers, show them your selfie to pick up your free bumper sticker.
